Sewing Workshop Getaway

Thirteen fans of Sewing Workshop patterns joined Linda Lee and her BFF Ann Nutting at The Sewing Workshop for a sewing getaway. We kicked off the getway with Linda's trunk show of Sewing Workshop garments on Thursday night. Then we met at the Workshop Friday morning before continuing on to Satin Moon for fabric shopping followed by lunch. We spent the rest of the afternoon cutting out fabric and sewing, followed by a delicious group dinner at a local Italian restaurant. Saturday was more cutting and sewing with a little break when Ana Lisa Hedstrom joined us with a trunk show and a talk about her beautiful shibori and needle-felted works. On Sunday we continued our cutting and sewing until we had to say our goodbyes.
Thanks to Linda and Ann for their patience in fitting us and giving us advice. We had a great time and learned a lot.
