Below are 190 of Jerry's favorite pictures from the 3,000 he took, and here's what he had to say about the trip:
"These photos are my three-week trip to South Africa, Botswana, and Zambia. They are in somewhat of a random order and cover places we stayed including five-star hotels and lodges, an eight-day mobile safari, and several bed and breakfasts. The pictures are from lodges and villages in Zambia, the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okovango Delta of Botswana, and Capetown, South Africa. We saw everything from the "Big Five" (lion, elephant, leopard, giraffe, and rhino) to the most magnificent birds ever. One thing I know for sure is that North America got robbed when it came to birds -- African birds are magnificent, as you will see from the photos. We also met the most wonderful people, fellow travelers as well as everyone in Africa. I hope you enjoy my pictures."
